5 Days Till Take Off
Well the team has prepped and planned and now we're at a full scramble to get all our last details together. We're still collecting items to take to the orphanage, so if you know of anyone wanting to contibute get it all to the church asap. We pack on Friday morning and we fly out Saturday at 6:30am. Thanks for anything you can help provide.

Praying for you guys!
ReplyDeleteZeph. 3:17
Hey, Simon found another speaker and the remote for the DVD player. Can you find the info on how we can mail this to them and let us know. We will send it to them.
ReplyDeleteAnd sorry Josh, I texted your phone because I didn't know what time you guys were leaving today, so I probably owe you like $.30 or something. Didn't want to wake Lisa up :)
Praying for you guys on the flight and transition into Costa Rica, as well as for your families. May God richly bless your time as a team today and quickly connect you with the team there. I pray for health and wisdom, a continual flow of blessings to be spoken out over the children, and huge kingdom deposits to be made in and around people. I pray also that you all would get restful, rejuvenating sleep while you are there, no matter how many hours it is a night, as well as replacement strength for the rest that you didn't get this past night. Lord, may there be no language barrier issues or distractions. I pray that Spanish would flow from the hearts of the team members. May they not be held back by their own thinking of doubts or worries or fears, but may they rely completely on the goodness and provision of the HOly Spirit! Teach them Your ways on this trip God and may they experience You in new, surprising ways by the power of the Holy Spirit within them. Eph 1:16-18 I declare that You have given them all power and authority and may they know and experience that in tangible ways this week. Blow their minds by who You are and how You work on their behalf. May they see some of the fruits of their partnering with You and yet be fully assured that there will be many more slower growing fruits still to mature and be gathered and eaten by the children and Costa Rican team.
One of your pray-ers, Maren
